Support Groups
Support groups provide a safe space where participants can receive and provide comfort and guidance with others who have walked in their shoes. We value support groups, as they give members a sense of connectedness, hope, and the relief in knowing they are not alone in their struggles. See below for a list of our current support groups.
Men’s Support Group St. Petersburg
Men are often discouraged from being emotionally expressive and are at a disadvantage in terms of mental health and relational issues. As a result, men are not offered many opportunities to practice being vulnerable, let alone learn how to trust others with their vulnerability. This group focuses on mental health issues commonly experienced by men.
